The Holiday House Vintage Market 2025 event will have vendor spaces available on our front porch, upstairs bedrooms of the main house on the 2nd and 3rd floors, in our new groom suite, greenhouse and if you prefer to have a 10x10 tent outside we will also have spots available on our sport court and in our gardens- fires will be lit throughout to help keep warm. The Historic Lady Florence is located on Marine Dr. on the way to the Warm Beach Lights of Christmas event that takes place the entire month of December and we hope to have a steady stream of traffic due to the corresponding event dates.
We will be having a raffle for the best Holiday Decorated booth. We encourage you to deck your spaces out! The winner will receive a 1 nights stay at the Historic Lady Florence in 2026 (depending on availability) and a FREE Booth Fee for our Holiday House 2026!
If you are a local creator, artist, hand-crafter, musician, or antique/vintage business looking to sell your seasonal wares to the public then we look forward to your application. *Please note that due to this being the first year of the event we will only be able to accommodate a certain number of vendors and we will have a waitlist for future events. We are looking to fill our interior spaces first before opening our exterior spaces.
Special Note - All interior spaces aside from the greenhouse will have preexisting furniture that will remain stationary. Your welcome to decorate around it or use furniture surfaces for your wares. Small furniture would be allowed to be brought in and styled in your space. All of our existing furniture pieces will be tastefully marked NFS. If you have a booth inside the house you will have to plan for loading and unloading your wares up and down stairs. There is no elevator available.
Booth Cost - $100 *Booth fee is due upon approved application. Booth cost is a flat rate regardless of booth space.
Booth size - (Option to come see location for interior space booth once application has been accepted)
1) 2nd floor - Integrate decor into existing space. 4 bedrooms each measure 10x13 and smaller hall space
2) 3rd Floor - Integrate decor into existing space. Smaller 3 room space.
3) Carriage House - integrate decor into existing space.1 large room/1 smaller room space.
4) Front Porch 8’ long table on the porch (6 - 3’x 8’ tables available or you can bring your own.)
5) Greenhouse 8’ long/round table in the greenhouse (6 - 3’x 8’ tables available | 5 - 60” round tables | Or bring your own.)
6) Sport Court - 10 x 10 tent space (you provide tent w/weights)
7) Garden/Yard - 10 x 10 tent space (you provide tent w/weights)
All Vendors must be present at their booths during the Market Days event Thursday December 4th-Sunday December 7th, 2025 10am-5pm daily.
Vendors must be able to accept cash/card transactions. All Vendor products need to be clearly priced.
Event Set-Up - Tuesday Dec. 2nd 1pm-5pm and Wednesday Dec. 3rd 10am-6pm
Event Take-Down - Sunday December 7th 3pm-9pm and Monday 10am-1pm
